Receptionist - Full-Time
We are seeking a permanent, full time receptionist to help with the our hotel reception desk and reservations team.
Our resort in Aberfeldy includes both a hotel and self-catering accommodation with leisure, dining and Spa facilities. We’re a growing brand, offering future opportunities to develop your career, coupled with an excellent employment package, including good rates of pay. The Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hard working and work well within a team, experience is not essential as full training will be given.
The job:
Our Receptionist/Reservationist is responsible for ensuring that all hotel enquiries and reservations are handled in a professional and courteous manner whether by telephone, e-mail or in writing with fine attention to detail to ensure every guest enjoys a perfect stay.
As part of our Reception Team, your role will include taking and managing room bookings, responding to guest enquiries and maintaining relationships with Third Party bookers and Travel Agents. You will also work at the reception desk, providing friendly, professional and efficient service to our guests.
Schedule:
Full time, 8 hour shifts including weekends.
About you:
- You will have a passion for customer service, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- You will have an excellent standard of spoken and written English and good IT skills.
- You will be a natural communicator with people, able to build relationships in a friendly and professional way.
- Experience in Guestline/Rezlynx is an advantage but not essential.
