Small print

Full pre-payment is taken at the time of booking with a non-refundable policy in place for your accommodation package. No discount is given for under-occupancy of accommodation. You can change your spa appointment up to 24 hours prior to your treatment booking. Contact our friendly customer service team by calling 0330 232 1888.
