At Moness, we offer a range of cosy self catering holiday accommodation all set amongst our beautiful Highland Perthshire resort. We have a wide range of apartments and cottages that can sleep 2 – 8 people and some even allow dogs to come along too!
You can enjoy nearby adventure activities such as watersports, quad biking and bungee jumping or choose to unwind in our inclusive leisure facilities or on-site restaurants and bars. So, whether you prefer to relax or seek adventure, there’s something for everyone.

Set within our Courtyard complex that is located only a stone’s through from our resort reception and restaurants, our cosy apartments for two people offer a comfortable open-plan living area and kitchen as well as a double bedroom and bathroom spread over two levels. Free parking as well as access to our resort leisure facilities are also included.
These apartments do not accommodate pets.

Hot Tub Cottages

Add some bubbles to your break away when staying on one of our hot tub cottages. Whether you are seeking a relaxing holiday, romantic holiday, family holiday or girls weekend away, a hot tub is sure to make your holiday that little bit more special.
Imagine yourself sitting back amid the bubbles, enjoying incredible views as you sip on a glass of prosecco and dream of tomorrow’s activities. Our hot tubs are equally indulgent whether it is cold or warm outside. And nothing screams of ‘holiday’ more than letting the hydro jets massage your back, letting you fully unwind and relax.
These apartments do not accommodate pets.
Our hot tubs are fully drained, cleaned and refilled with fresh water and appropriate chemicals before each guest arrival. Due to this thorough process, your hot tub may not be ready for use until the morning after you check in.
Two-Bedroom Hot Tub Cottages

Our two bedroom cottages are located a short walk away from the main resort reception, making them the perfect choice for a rural escape. Each cottage offers a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area as well as a sofa bed, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Hot tubs are located on a decking area of these ground floor cottages and little touches, such as robes and slippers are included as part of the price.
Three Bedroom Hot Tub Cottages
Sleeping up to 8 people
Our three bedroom cottages are perched on the hill behind our main resort reception, and therefore command lovely views of the rolling Perthshire hills.
These cottages all offer a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area but could then offer an additional sofa bed in the lounge or a separate alcove with bunkbeds suitable for children. Hot tubs are located on a decking area to the rear of the ground floor cottage and little touches, such as robes and slippers are included as part of the price.

Moness is the ideal dog friendly holiday destination as there’s plenty of space both on our estate and the surrounding Perthshire countryside to explore. You are also just a short walk from the small market town of Aberfeldy where there are plenty of dog friendly pubs and cafes ready to make you feel right at home or you can choose to pop into one of our very own dog-friendly restaurants too. When it comes to walks there are more choices than you can wave a stick at. From splashing river walks to muddy hill walks, public gardens and nature trails.
Our dog-friendly apartments come equipped with wooden flooring and direct access to our gardens as well as a few doggie treats, dog bowls and towels.
