Redeeming your gift certificate

To redeem your gift certificate you can either book online through this website or call our reservations department on 0845 330 2838.

Please have your reference code to hand when booking online or by phone as you will need this.

ONLINE - Money-off certificates only
1. Visit our Web site at http://www.moness.com/
2. Add your booking to your basket and go to the next stage.
3. In the order form you'll see a box that allows you to enter your gift certificate reference code.
4. Enter your reference code into the box and click the "Apply" button. You will be able to see that the value of your gift certificate has been deducted from the total cost in the order summary.

BY PHONE - Any type of certificate

2. Please quote the reference code off of your gift certificate.
3. If your certificate is for an experience, please advise the sales consultant.
4. Go through your booking requirements and one of our sales consultants will book everything for you!

Moness House Hotel & Country Club Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions:

• Vouchers can only be redeemed on www.moness.com or direct from Moness Reservations on 0845 330 2838. All vouchers must be redeemed prior to use and will not be accepted directly from the resort.
• Monetary gift vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of the voucher issue date after which date the voucher becomes void. Reservations into Moness must also be taken within this 12-month period. E.g. if you receive a voucher on 1^st January that is valid for 12 months you must book your visit to Moness to stay before the end of December of that same year.
• Experience Vouchers will have specific redeemable dates depending on the experience e.g. some will be for a specific date and some to be taken within a time period e.g. 3 nights mid week in January 2009 must be used for a stay midweek in January 2009.
• Midweek is any day from Sunday – Thursday inclusive. Weekend dates are Friday and Saturday nights.
• The validity of the voucher cannot be extended. If a voucher is partially redeemed the remaining balance is non-refundable. If you would like to add to your voucher e.g. book extra nights or meals then call us on 0845 330 2838. If it is a monetary voucher you can add on extras at the time of booking and we will deduct the value of the voucher from your full payment.
• Vouchers are only valid for the person named as the voucher recipient.
• Vouchers are only valid for the payment of bookings to Moness House Hotel and country Club and any associated taxes, fees and charges. They can be redeemed against hotel or self-catering accommodation and meals such as breakfast and dinner taken at Moness.
